“I thought my voice was my instrument, now I feel I can play any instrument” - participant, India 2024

Jazz Camp for Girls started in India in 2024 in Kolkata in a collaboration with Jazzfest Kolkata, Jazz+ and Jazz Danmark.

In 2025 Jazz Camp for Girls will be in India from 1st-5th of December and be part of the Kolkata Jazz Festival.

The project in India is a collaboration between Kolkata Jazz Festival, Meta Arts, New Town School Kolkata, Det Danske Kulturinstitut og Jazz Danmark.
